Sauna opening hours
Our saunas are switched on every day from 10 a.m. and are switched off when the wellness area closes at 10 p.m. Depending on the number of guests, we reserve the right to only switch on individual saunas.
Cosmetics & Massages
Our treatments can be booked independently of the opening hours. We kindly ask you to make your reservation in time.
Silence and calmness
are the basic prerequisites for deep relaxation. Out of consideration for yourself and other guests, we ask you to switch off your mobile phones during your spa stay. Furthermore, please refrain from using video and photo cameras during your stay. Out of consideration for other guests, please keep your conversations quiet and restrained in all areas.
Bathrobe and towels
from the spa area or your hotel room are property of the hotel and are unfortunately no souvenirs to take home with you.
Risk of injury
The wet floors in the sauna area and around swimming pool might get slippery. Also note the swing function of our indoor loungers: place your hands on top of the lounging surface.
Children can be real water rats. Our HeidegrundSPA is mainly about rest and relaxation. For this reason, we ask for your understanding and consideration that the HeidegrundSPA including the pool area is only open to guests under the age of 15 until 3 pm, accompanied by their parents.
On the day of arrival, we warmly invite families with children under the age of 15 to use our SPA area free of charge from 12 pm.
Here, however, you will find lots of inspiration for excursions with children – sometimes with and sometimes without water.
Appointments
We recommend you to book your well-being appointments quite some time ahead so that we can accommodate your preferred date. There is often no capacity available on site on short notice. In order to be able to advise and treat you in the best possible way, we ask you to inform us of any allergies or physical complaints in advance.
Cancellation
Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment, otherwise we reserve the right to charge 90% of the treatment price.
Children at HeidegrundSPA
Our HeidegrundSPA is mainly about rest and relaxation. For this reason, we ask for your understanding and consideration that the HeidegrundSPA is only open until 3 pm for guests under 15 years of age accompanied by their parents.
Clothing
Only the sauna area including its entrance area in front of it is a textile-free zone; appropriate swimwear is required in the swimming pool area, rest area and sun deck.
Please use a towel as a pad in the sauna to protect the wood from sweat and to comply with the given hygiene regulations.
To help you find your bathrobe after a visit to the pool or sauna, buttons are available to mark it.
For a pleasant feel-good treatment, we recommend you to come to the treatments in your bathrobe and bath slippers.
DaySPA
(External) Guests are welcome to the DaySPA at selected times and only with prior reservation. Our Day SPA places are limited – please reserve here. We offer different price packages for your perfect wellness day. You can find all the offers on our wellness page. For even more feel-good comfort: You have the option of taking advantage of our sauna packages on site (bathrobe + 2 towels for €12.90, plus slippers to take with you for €16.90)
Dogs
Please understand that dogs are not allowed in the indoor and outdoor wellness areas.
Food & Beverages
Water is available free of charge throughout the day.
Please note that the consumption of food is not permitted in the SPA. It is not possible to take dishes (except plastic glasses or cups) with you due to the risk of injury. The consumption of your own food and drinks is not permitted.
Health
So that we can respond to you individually, please let us know your wishes and any complaints before the start of the feel-good treatment. Especially in case of pregnancy, information is necessary.
Hygiene
For reasons of hygiene, we kindly ask you to shower off thoroughly before entering the swimming pool/sauna, but to enter the sauna dry afterwards. In order not to disturb the other guests, please close the sauna door quickly and keep quiet in the sauna.
When taking your seat, make sure that there is a towel between your body and the wooden bench.
For hygienic reasons it is not allowed to enter the swimming pool and sauna area in street clothes. The same applies to the consumption of food.
Mobile Phones & Cameras
The use of mobile phones and cameras is prohibited in the entire sauna (nude) area. Photography and filming are also prohibited. We ask for your discretion.
Prohibitions
Smoking is prohibited in the indoor area of the HeidegrundSPA. There is a designated smoking area in the outdoor area. It is not permitted to bring animals. Admittance in a state of intoxication is also prohibited.

Sunbeds
There are enough sunbeds available in the SPA area. However, we would like to ask you not to reserve any sunbeds. We reserve the right to remove sunbeds and keep your belongings at the reception.
Swimming Pool & Swimming Pond
Access to and use of our pools is only permitted under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Children must also wear water wings.
Towels & Bathrobe
Towels and a bathrobe are in the room or additionally available at the reception. You can buy yourself some of our comfy slippers at the reception or bring your own. For the sake of the environment, we ask you to use your towels sparingly during your stay.
Treatments
In order to find peace before the treatment, we ask you to come to the waiting area five minutes before the treatment begins. Our staff will meet you in the lounge area for your treatment. Please understand that we cannot extend the treatment if you are late.
Please come to your treatment in a bathrobe and slippers. You will be well-covered with towels during your treatment to ensure your privacy. You are welcome to remove neck jewellery, watches and bracelets in your room.
Valuables
We recommend you to lock your valuables in your hotel room safe.
Here you can choose to your favorite treatments and appointments you would like to treat yourself with during your stay.
You have the choice of booking both consecutively or at the same time.
If you would like to receive several applications on different days, please send us separate requests for each.
