At any time of the year we surprise you with our coordinated arrangements. Whether winter wellness or fitness spring, summer spa or hygge autumn – just arrive & be happy!
HEIDEGRUND FOREST-SPA
Indoor: Enlargement by a 110 sqm relaxation wintergarden with panoramic glass front and additional sunbathing areas, new massage rooms, additional saunas, including a salt sauna.
Outdoor wellness area: natural swim pond including a Kneipp basin with footbridge, a large sun deck, and two additional sauna houses.
A landscaped walkway leads through the quiet wellness garden and invites you to a relaxing forest wellness!

WELLNESS WITH KIDS
SPLISH SPLASH WITH KIDS
Children can be real water rats. So that you can spend time together as a family and at the same time our other guests can find peace and relaxation, we ask for your understanding and consideration that the HeidegrundSPA is only open for guests under 15 years of age until 3 pm, accompanied by their parents.
However, here is still plenty of inspiration here for excursions with children – sometimes with and sometimes without water.
MASSAGES
Whether it is a soothing full body massage with nourishing oils, the skilful application of pressure and massaging of your feet’s reflex zones feet or the the use of hot stones as a holistic therapy- our massages will leave you relaxed and refreshed.
You are welcome to come in your bathrobe, please note that it is not a textile-free massage.

NATURALLY RELAXING
Spa opening hours
7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Sauna opening hours
Our saunas are switched on every day from 10 a.m. and are switched off when the wellness area closes at 10 p.m. Depending on the number of guests, we reserve the right to only switch on individual saunas.
Cosmetics & Massages
Our treatments can be booked independently of the opening hours. We kindly ask you to make your reservation in time.
General notice:
Only the respective area in the sauna including the anteroom or entrance area is a textile-free zone, in the swimming pool area, rest area and sun deck appropriate swimwear is mandatory.

Salt-oil peeling
Our full body peeling allows your skin to have good blood circulation and become velvety soft.
Venus shell – LavaShells massage with warm oil.
The soothing and comforting body massage with the warm clams is especially suitable for muscle tension and stress relief. This unique Filipino spa ritual invites you to a sensual body journey and stimulates the flow of energy. An absolute feel-good tip!
Partial mud pack
Enjoy 25 minutes of rest with a nice mud wrap and warm heat carriers on your back. These loosen your muscles and have a relaxing effect on body & mind.
Mud package
You will receive a partial moor pack (back, shoulder area) and then relax with a 25-minute – ideal for muscle relaxation.

Décolleté treatment
Pamper your décolleté with a Babor special care with a pore-deep cleansing, a peeling with effective active ingredient concentrate and finally a special mask.
Power treatment
Let your skin shine with coordinated Babor products in our power treatment with cleansing, peeling, two valuable active ingredient concentrates, final care and a small massage.
Shiny moments
Give your eyes a break: we provide your eyes with eye pads, tint your eyelashes and eyebrows after any desired correction. Finally, we care for your eyes and give a small eye massage.
Refreshing modeling
Our Babor algae modeling leaves your skin looking even, firm and full with cleansing tailored to you, exfoliation, great active ingredient concentrates and subsequent finishing care – also suitable for men.
Face waxing
In this application we depilate all parts of the face. We are happy to combine waxing with another cosmetic treatment, we charge 10€ per facial area.
