Our new Heidegrund WaldSPA!
Wellness & nature lovers will get their money's worth.
In the Indoor area you will find an organic and a Finnish sauna, our new salt sauna, relaxation and well-being rooms as well as the new 110 square metre relaxation winter garden with panoramic glass front and a direct view of the countryside.
In the Outdoor area An organic natural bathing pond including a Kneipp pool awaits you, framed by a footbridge including a sun deck and two further sauna houses, and a landscaped walkway leads through the quiet wellness garden and invites you to enjoy a relaxing forest wellness experience!

SPLASH AROUND TOGETHER
OUR CHILDREN'S TIMESChildren can be real water rats. So that you can spend time together as a family and at the same time our other guests can find peace and relaxation, we ask for your understanding and consideration that the HeidegrundSPA including the swimming pool area for Guests under the age of 15 only until 3 pm when accompanied by their parents is open.
Here but there is still plenty of inspiration for excursions with children - sometimes with and sometimes without water.
MASSAGES
Whether it's a sensitive full-body massage with nourishing oils, skilful pressure and massage of the reflex zones of your feet or the use of hot stones for a holistic sense of well-being - our massages invite you to relax.
You are welcome to come in your bathrobe, but please note that this is not a textile-free massage.

Sauna times
Our saunas are switched on daily from 10 am and are switched off when the wellness area closes at 10 pm. Depending on the number of guests, we reserve the right to only switch on individual saunas.
Cosmetics & massages
You can book our treatments regardless of opening hours. We kindly ask you to book in good time. Reservation.
General note:
Only the respective area in the sauna, including the anteroom and entrance area, is a textile-free zone; appropriate swimwear is mandatory in the swimming pool area, relaxation area and sun deck.

Salt-oil peeling
Our full-body scrub will leave your skin well supplied with blood and velvety soft.
Wellness foot massage
Enjoy pure relaxation with a 20-minute foot massage.
Clam - LavaShells massage with warm oil
The calming and soothing body massage with warm clams is particularly suitable for muscle tension and stress relief. This unique Filipino spa ritual invites you on a sensual body journey and stimulates the flow of energy. An absolute feel-good tip!
Hot stone massage
Enjoy a soothing hot stone massage for 60 minutes, including 10 minutes of relaxing rest afterwards. The hot stone massage combines the healing power of warm stones with targeted massage techniques to relieve tension and increase well-being. Let yourself be enveloped by the pleasant warmth of the stones and experience deep relaxation for body and mind.
Moor partial pack
Enjoy 25 minutes of rest with a lovely peat pack and warm heat carriers on your back. These loosen your muscles and have a relaxing effect on body and mind.
Moor package
You will receive a partial mud wrap (back and shoulder area) and then relax with a 25-minute massage - ideal for loosening muscles.

Décolleté treatment

Radiant moments
Treat your eyes to some time out: we apply eye pads to your eyes, colour your eyelashes and eyebrows after any desired correction. Finally, we care for your eyes and give you a short eye massage.
Face waxing
In this treatment we depilate all areas of the face. We are happy to combine waxing with another cosmetic treatment; we charge €10 per facial area.
