From 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. (incl. indoor & outdoor area)
Sauna times
Our saunas are switched on daily from 10 am and are switched off when the wellness area closes at 10 pm. Depending on the number of guests, we reserve the right to only switch on individual saunas.
Cosmetics & massages
Our Applications can be booked independently of opening hours. We ask you to book in good time Reservation.
Silence and tranquillity
are the basic prerequisite for deep relaxation. Out of consideration for yourself and other guests, we ask you to switch off your mobile phones during your spa stay. Furthermore, please refrain from using video and photo cameras during your stay. Out of consideration for other guests, please speak quietly and with restraint in all areas
Bathrobe and towels
from the wellness area or hotel room are the property of the hotel and should never be taken home as souvenirs.
Risk of injury
Please note that the wet floors in the sauna area and around the swimming pool are very slippery. Also note the rocking function of the loungers in the indoor area: place your hands on top of the lounger surface.
Children can be real water rats. Our HeidegrundSPA is mainly about rest and relaxation. For this reason, we ask for your understanding and consideration that the HeidegrundSPA, including the swimming pool area, is closed for Guests under the age of 15 only until 3 pm when accompanied by their parents is open.
On the day of arrival, we cordially invite families with children under the age of 15 to use our SPA area free of charge from 12 noon.
Here but there is still plenty of inspiration for excursions with children - sometimes with and sometimes without water.
Treatment appointments
We recommend that you book your wellness appointments early so that we can take your preferred date into account. There is often no capacity available on site. In order to provide you with the best possible advice and treatment, we ask you to inform us of any allergies or physical complaints in advance.
Treatments
To find peace and quiet before your treatment, we ask you to come to the waiting area five minutes before your treatment begins. Our staff will meet you in the lounge area for your treatment. Please understand that we will not be able to extend your treatment if you are late.
Please come to your treatment in a bathrobe and slippers. You will be well covered with towels during your treatment to ensure your privacy. You are welcome to remove neck jewellery, watches and bracelets in your room.
Clothing
Only the respective sauna area, including the anteroom and entrance area, is a textile-free zone; appropriate swimwear is required in the swimming pool area, relaxation area and sun deck.
Please use a towel as an underlay in the sauna to protect the wood from sweat and to comply with the hygiene regulations.
There are buttons to help you find your bathrobe after a visit to the pool or sauna.
For a pleasant feel-good treatment, we recommend wearing a bathrobe (available in your hotel room) and slippers for the treatments. You can buy our comfortable slippers for a small price at reception.
DaySPA
External guests are welcome to the DaySPA at selected times and only with prior reservation. Our Day SPA places are limited - please make a reservation here. We offer different price packages for your perfect wellness day. On our Wellness page you will find all offers. For even more feel-good comfort, you can take advantage of our sauna packages on site (bathrobe + 2 towels for €12.90, plus slippers to take home for €16.90)
Drinks and consumption
Water is available free of charge throughout the day.
Please note that the consumption of food is not permitted in the SPA. It is not possible to take crockery (except plastic glasses or cups) with you due to the risk of injury. Consumption of your own food and drinks is not permitted.
Hygiene
For reasons of hygiene, we ask you to shower thoroughly before entering the swimming pool/sauna, but to enter the sauna dry afterwards. In order not to disturb the other guests, please close the sauna door quickly and keep quiet in the sauna.
When taking a seat, make sure that there is a towel between your body and the wooden bench.
For reasons of hygiene, it is not permitted to enter the swimming pool and sauna area in street clothes. The same applies to the consumption of food.
Towels & bathrobe
Towels and a bathrobe are provided in the room or are also available at reception. Our comfortable slippers are available at reception for a small charge. For the sake of the environment, we ask you to use your towels sparingly during your stay.
Dogs
We ask for your understanding that dogs are not permitted in the entire indoor and outdoor wellness area.
Your health
So that we can cater to your individual needs, please let us know your wishes and any complaints you may have before starting your wellness treatment. Information is particularly important if you are pregnant.
Children in the HeidegrundSPA
Our HeidegrundSPA is primarily about rest and relaxation. For this reason, we ask for your understanding and consideration that the HeidegrundSPA (indoor and outdoor areas) is only open to guests under 15 years of age until 3 pm when accompanied by their parents.
Loungers
There are enough sunbeds available in the SPA area. However, we would ask you not to reserve any loungers. We reserve the right to remove sunbeds and store your belongings at reception.
Mobile phones & cameras
The use of mobile phones and cameras is prohibited in the entire sauna (nude) area. Photography and filming is also prohibited. We ask for your discretion.
Smoking area
Smoking is prohibited in the indoor area of the HeidegrundSPA. There is a designated smoking area in the outdoor area; out of consideration for your fellow guests, smoking is only permitted here.
Swimming pool & swimming pond
Access to and use of our swimming pools is only permitted under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Children must also wear water wings.
Cancellation
Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment, otherwise we reserve the right to charge 90 % of the treatment price.
Valuables
We recommend that you lock your valuables in your hotel room safe.
Prohibitions
Smoking is prohibited in the indoor area of the HeidegrundSPA. There is a designated smoking area in the outdoor area. Animals are not permitted. Access while intoxicated is also prohibited.
Here you can choose the treatments and appointments you would like to indulge in during your stay to your heart's content.
You have the choice of booking both one after the other or at the same time.
