Thanks to the quiet location facing the forest, you can enjoy a direct view of the outdoors in our Schäferhütte conference room thanks to the large windows. The 31m² room offers enough space for conferences and seminars for up to 20 people.

Special feature
The Schäferhütte room can be opened up and connected to the neighbouring Schafstall room (48m²) thanks to mobile walls, giving you enough space for up to 40 people over 79m².

How many function rooms are there?

The Hotel Heidegrund offers you a total of 11 function rooms in various sizes (from 30m² to 306m²).

How many people can the event rooms accommodate?

Some of our variable, modern seminar and conference rooms can be flexibly combined thanks to mobile partition walls, allowing events for up to 350 people to be realised.

Are the event rooms barrier-free?

Yes, all our event rooms are barrier-free.

Do the event rooms have daylight?

Yes, all event rooms have invigorating daylight and can also be darkened if required.

Is the WLAN free of charge?

Yes, you can access our WLAN free of charge throughout the hotel.

Can the conservatory be hired exclusively?

Yes, you are also welcome to rent our new conservatory (completion April 2019) exclusively.

Can I view the rooms in advance?

Yes, you are welcome to make an appointment with us for a personal viewing. Please contact us by e-mail at bankett@hotel-heidegrund.de or by telephone to 04495-89121.

Is it possible to send parcels to the hotel before the event?

Yes, we are happy to accept your parcels before the start of the event. Please note the name and date of the event on your parcel so that it can be allocated.

Does the hotel offer car parking?

Yes, you will find free parking spaces directly in front of our hotel entrance. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve a parking space.

Can the layout of the event rooms be changed?

Yes, we are happy to organise the furnishings according to your ideas. This applies both to the decoration of the rooms and to the seating. For example, it is possible to set up rows of chairs, conference tables, a U-shaped arrangement or a banquet.

Where will my conference lunch take place?

We will serve you lunch during your event in the Heidegrund Restaurant as a lunch buffet or optionally as a menu (depending on your booking).
