For the starter: Asparagus salad
Lemon oil | pine nuts | feta cheese | wild herb salad | baguette
Main course: Fresh asparagus spears from the Oldenburger Münsterland region
with hollandaise sauce or melted butter
served with boiled potatoes

Roast beef from the grill or Fried salmon fillet or with creamy burrata, orange carrots & walnuts

with strawberry and mint salad

15 years of Heidegrund
WE WRITE HISTORYWe would like to celebrate our anniversary with our guests from the surrounding area.
For this reason, we have come up with something for delicious evenings during the week and are giving 15% Anniversary discount on the total restaurant bill. Whether as a cycling destination on a Sunday or after a nice, long walk - you can also enjoy the evening on our terrace in summer!

SUNDAYS AGAIN AND AGAINEvery Sunday at lunchtime and in the evening from 5.30 to 8.00 pm we offer for only 24,90€ per person our "Schnitzel full" promotion*. You can choose from various schnitzel, side dish and sauce options with every order.
Schnitzel variations: Pork schnitzel & Valess schnitzel (vegetarian)
Side dishes: Potato dippers, mashed potatoes and fried potatoes
Vegetables & salad: Kaiser vegetables, peas & carrots and colourful salad plate
Sauces: Mushroom cream sauce, pepper cream sauce and béarnaise sauce

Moments of pleasure from early to late - start your day with a vitamin-packed breakfast and savour the culinary variety over a light lunch or delicious dinner. All our dishes are characterised by passion and quality in their preparation.
Our culinary offering of fresh, regional and seasonal ingredients and selected dishes in our new Heidegrund restaurant not only delights our hotel guests, but also attracts guests from the surrounding area to the Thülsfeld dam.
Breakfast
A good day starts with an even better breakfast! Monday - Friday our rich breakfast buffet is available for you from 06:30-10:00, on weekends and public holidays from 07:00-11:00 and on bridge days/ during school holidays (in Lower Saxony) even from 06:30 - 11:00.
Dogs in the restaurant
Dear guests, we would like to take this opportunity to inform you that we are in our restaurant & bar area out of consideration for all our guests unfortunately no dogs allowed. Of course, dogs are allowed and welcome in the public areas of the hotel, in the outdoor restaurant area and on the entire hotel grounds!
