The individual room facilities of our 6 room categories can be found in the room descriptions on the respective room pages. The room categories differ in terms of location and accessibility, accessibility and lift access, balcony, allergy-friendly flooring and a connecting door. We will be happy to help you personally to find your ideal room for your stay with us.

Check-in is from 15:00 and is possible 24/7 (if possible with advance notice). Check-out must take place by 11:00 am. Of course, you have the option of checking into your room earlier with our early check-in option and checking out later with the late check-out option. We will offer you these options in good time. You can also book a SPA extension separately from the extended room use.

All room rates that you can book via the familiar direct booking channels (hotel website, Booking.com etc.) include the price of our extensive breakfast buffet. Price packages or package holidays from third-party providers may be excluded.

Yes, there is ample parking available in the free hotel car park in front of the main entrance as well as in the neighbouring hiking car park of the Thülsfelder Talsperre nature reserve. The car park also has 6 charging points, each with 11kW charging power

Yes, dogs are allowed and welcome at Hotel Heidegrund. A certain selection of rooms is reserved for dogs. We also offer a dog set with bowl and dog bed. We would like to point out that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant. Please enquire at reception about the areas in which we allow dogs. We charge an additional flat rate per dog and night for room cleaning.

Yes, some rooms in the superior double rooms and executive double rooms can be used for families thanks to a connecting door or shared anteroom.
