Yes, the HeidegrundSpa has an indoor and spacious outdoor area where you can relax. These include 5 themed saunas, a beautifully landscaped wellness garden with a natural pond, Kneipp pool, stream and sunbathing areas. Inside there is a swimming pool with whirlpool, shower and relaxation areas as well as a large panoramic conservatory and waterbeds for relaxation. There are also two treatment rooms for cosmetic and massage treatments.

Yes, there are parking spaces for our guests directly in front of the hotel. There are also 6 parking spaces with charging points for electric cars.
Check-in is possible from 15:00. Check-out must take place by 11:00 am.
Our reception is open from Monday to Friday from 6.00 am to 10.30 pm. At weekends and on public holidays we are there for you from 7:00 am to 10:30 pm.
Yes, our night service is available from 10.30 pm to help you with any questions or concerns you may have.
Our extensive breakfast buffet is available from Monday to Friday between 06:30 and 10:00. At weekends and on public holidays you can enjoy your breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere from 07:00 to 11:00. During public holidays and school holidays in Lower Saxony, we extend our breakfast offer on weekdays from 06:30 to 11:00.
Our kitchen is open for you daily until 21:30.
Our à la carte restaurant welcomes you at lunchtime from 12:00 to 14:30 and in the evening from 17:30 to 21:30. We recommend that you book a table in advance, especially in the evening, so that we can prepare your visit in the best possible way.
The saunas are open for you from Monday to Sunday from 10.00 am. Please note that not all saunas have already reached the optimum temperature at this time. In order to enjoy your well-being to the full, we recommend that you check the specific opening times of the individual saunas before your visit.
Our wellness area is open for you daily from 7:00 - 22:00.
Yes, we have a selection of adapters for all standard connections at reception. You are welcome to borrow these for a deposit.
Yes, we offer special beds and allergy-friendly bed linen. Please inform reception before or during your stay so that we can prepare this for you.
If you are allergic to certain foods, please inform our team at reception or in the restaurant. We will do our best, so that we can take this into account in your meal requests.
Our hotel bar is open for you from 12:00 until 21:30. You can also look forward to our happy hour from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. - here you can enjoy 20% on cocktails. Our tip: round off your evening at our cosy bar and ask our bartenders for your favourite drinks.
A cosy bathrobe per person is available in the wardrobe in your room for free use during your stay.
An ironing station is available free of charge on the ground floor in the "Fichtenhaus" next to the fitness room.

Yes, you can securely lock your private bikes in our bike shed and charge e-bikes free of charge. Access is only possible with a key card.
Our fitness room is open for you from 7:00 to 22:00. Outdoor fans can find the most popular jogging trails through the nature reserve on our website. Our wellness flyer also presents our wellness programme - ideal for relaxing after sport.

Our children's playground is located in the hotel forest and within walking distance of the restaurant. We also recommend the large adventure playground "Reservistenfort", which is only 500 metres from the hotel and can be reached directly via the forest path.

You will find designated smoking areas on the ground floor at both exits of the lobby, on the first floor (outdoor area near the staircase) and in the HeidegrundSPA outdoor area.

In the event of a fire alarm, please go outside immediately to the designated assembly point. This is located in the car park in front of the main entrance and is clearly marked. Exercises will be announced in advance.
Please use the designated escape and rescue routes in the event of a fire. The emergency plans in your room will show you the nearest escape route.
For restaurant guests on the right hand side coming from the lobby, in the entrance area of the restaurant in front of the reception counter. For conference guests on the 1st floor in the conference area on the right after passing through the fire door. In the event hall for event and conference guests or if the terrace is very full in the corridor to the left of the entrance to the banqueting kitchen.
We are a wellness hotel and therefore focus on relaxation and tranquillity for our guests, which is why children are only allowed until 3 pm to ensure our wellness guests have time to relax in the late afternoon and evening hours.
You are welcome to put your used towels in the large wicker baskets in the wellness area.
Yes, there are a total of 6 charging points in the hotel car park, which can be activated with the corresponding fuel card or via the Qr code with an app.

We ask you to wait in the entrance area of our SPA area at least 5 minutes before the start of your appointment. There you will find seating where our SPA team will meet you.
You can also use the wellness area after check-out for a small surcharge. You can book this as an upgrade before arrival or on site for the same price at reception and extend access using your key card.
The temperature varies depending on the season and outside temperature, as the swimming pond is not heated.

Dogs are allowed to stay in the room during meal times. Out of consideration for our guests and staff, we do not accept dogs in the restaurant for reasons of hygiene and well-being. However, guests and their dogs are always welcome on our terrace.

The saunas are between 60 and 95 °C. Our Finnish sauna and the kelo sauna in the outdoor area promise maximum sweating fun at just under 95°C. Lower temperatures are offered by the panorama sauna or our gentle indoor salt sauna. Find out more about our saunas here.
