OUR MEETING ROOMSOur 12 professionally equipped meeting rooms offer plenty of space for training courses, seminars, conferences and trade fairs. Whether for small groups or large gatherings - the Heidegrund is guaranteed to have the right room for your requirements. The conference rooms are located separately from the normal restaurant operations so that you can work in peace.
Thanks to our flexible wall systems, we can divide or combine our rooms as required - depending on the work phase!

Great conference location & smooth planning
We were very satisfied all round. A great hotel with beautiful conference facilities. In addition to the very helpful and friendly staff, everything was perfect for us, from the sumptuous breakfast to the evening meal and the catering during the conference. The hotel's beautiful location should also be emphasised. Everything went smoothly during the advance planning. There were adequate and prompt responses so that all details and requests could be communicated in advance and then implemented on site. EquipmentOur 12 conference rooms are versatile and true quick-change artists! Be sure to coordinate your requirements with us in advance so that we can implement everything according to your wishes (e.g. use of media, darkening, adapters, etc.).
Premises: We work with you to determine the room and seating to suit your event format and the number of participants. Fair weather bonus: On sunny days, your guests can get some fresh air and find peace and quiet on our terraces, balconies or in the garden.
Technology: We are happy to provide you with a projector, lighting and sound equipment, high-speed WiFi, moderator's case, flipcharts & metaplan walls, microphone with headset and other event and conference equipment.
