OUR MEETING ROOMSOur 12 professionally equipped meeting rooms offer plenty of space for training courses, seminars, conferences and trade fairs. Whether for small groups or large gatherings - the Heidegrund is guaranteed to have the right room for your requirements. The conference rooms are located separately from the normal restaurant operations so that you can work in peace.
Thanks to our flexible wall systems, we can divide or combine our rooms as required - depending on the work phase!

We were very satisfied all round. A great hotel with beautiful conference facilities. In addition to the very helpful and friendly staff, everything was perfect for us, from the sumptuous breakfast to the evening meal and the catering during the conference. EquipmentOur 12 conference rooms are versatile and true quick-change artists! Be sure to coordinate your requirements with us in advance so that we can implement everything according to your wishes (e.g. use of media, darkening, adapters, etc.).
Premises: We work with you to determine the room and seating to suit your event format and the number of participants. Fair weather bonus: On sunny days, your guests can get some fresh air and find peace and quiet on our terraces, balconies or in the garden.
Technology: We are happy to provide you with a projector, lighting and sound equipment, high-speed WiFi, moderator's case, flipcharts & metaplan walls, microphone with headset and other event and conference equipment.

How many function rooms are there?
The Hotel Heidegrund offers you a total of 12 function rooms in various sizes (from 31m² to 305m²).
How many people can the event rooms accommodate?
Some of our variable, modern seminar and conference rooms can be flexibly combined thanks to mobile partition walls, allowing events for up to 350 people to be realised.
Are the event rooms barrier-free?
Yes, all our event rooms are barrier-free.
Do the event rooms have daylight?
Yes, all event rooms have invigorating daylight and can also be darkened if required.
Is the WLAN free of charge?
Yes, you can access our WLAN free of charge throughout the hotel.
Can the conservatory be hired exclusively?
Yes, you are also welcome to hire our new conservatory exclusively.
Can I view the rooms in advance?
Yes, you are welcome to make an appointment with us for a personal viewing. Please contact us by e-mail at bankett@hotel-heidegrund.de or by telephone to 04495-89121.
Is it possible to send parcels to the hotel before the event?
Yes, we are happy to accept your parcels before the start of the event. Please note the name and date of the event on your parcel so that it can be allocated.
Does the hotel offer car parking?
Yes, you will find free parking spaces directly in front of our hotel entrance. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve a parking space.
Can the layout of the event rooms be changed?
Yes, we are happy to organise the furnishings according to your ideas. This applies both to the decoration of the rooms and to the seating. For example, it is possible to set up rows of chairs, conference tables, a U-shaped arrangement or a banquet.
Where will my conference lunch take place?
We will serve you lunch during your event in the Heidegrund Restaurant as a lunch buffet or optionally as a menu (depending on your booking).
