Our 12 professionally equipped meeting rooms offer plenty of space for training, seminars, conferences and also trade fairs. No matter whether in a small circle or in a large group – Hotel Heidegrund offers you and your team the right solution for your requirements. The conference rooms are located separately from the normal restaurant so that you can work in peace.

Thanks to our flexible wall systems, we can divide or combine our rooms as desired – depending on the phase of work!

OUR MODULES

Support: Our competent conference team will look after you from the initial enquiry until your stay is complete.

Facilities: Our 12 conference rooms are versatile and are true artists of change! It is essential that you discuss your requirements with us in advance so that we can implement everything to your wishes (e.g. use of media, darkening, adapters…)

Premises: Depending on your event format and the number of participants, we will jointly determine the room and seating arrangements. Fair weather bonus: On sunny days your guests can enjoy fresh air and peace and quiet on our terraces, balconies or in the garden.

Technical equipment: Beamer, light and sound equipment, high-speed Wlan, moderator’s case, flipcharts & metaplan walls, microphone with headset and other event and conference accessories are available.

CUSTOM-MADE FREE SPACE

More than just standard

This is how we will work and plan with you:

1.Information phase – type of event, planned schedule, number of participants, required technology

2.Check of the availabilities & offer dispatch – the requested capacities are blocked for one week optionally

3.Second telephone call – clarify questions, possible adjustment in the offer

4.Confirmation – Only after returning the signed confirmation the date is firmly booked.

5.Last information for our smooth preparation (e.g. list of participants, contact details of the contact person on site, incompatibilities etc.)

How many conference and meeting rooms are there?

The Hotel Heidegrund offers you a total of 12 conference and meeting rooms in different sizes (from 31m² up to 305m²).

How many people are the event rooms hold?

Our diverse and modern seminar and conference rooms can be easily combined, thanks in part to mobile partition walls, which allow events for a maximum of 350 people.

Are the event rooms barrier-free?

Yes, all our event rooms are barrier-free.

Are the event rooms daylit?

Yes, all event rooms are daylit and can be darkened if necessary.

Is Wi-Fi access free of charge?

Yes, you can access our Wi-Fi free of charge throughout the entire building.

Can the winter garden be rented exclusively?

Yes, you can also rent our new winter garden exclusively.

Can I have a look at the rooms in advance?

Yes, you are welcome to make an appointment with us for a personal tour. Please contact us by e-mail at bankett@hotel-heidegrund.de or by phone at 04495-89121.

Is it possible to deliver packages to the hotel before the event?

Yes, we are happy to accept your packages before the event begins. Please note the name and date of the event on your package so that it can be assigned.

Does the hotel offer parking facilities?

Yes, you will find free parking spaces and parking areas directly in front of our hotel entrance. Unfortunately it is not possible to reserve a parking space.

Can the design of the event rooms be changed?

Yes, we are happy to rearrange the interior according to your ideas. This applies to the decoration of the room as well as the seating. For example, it is possible to arrange chairs into rows, add conference tables, have a U-shaped arrangement or a banquet setup.

Where would my conference lunch take place?

Lunch during your event is served in the Heidegrund Restaurant as a buffet or optionally as a menu (depending on your booking).
